Its a GREAT TIME to REFINANCE

6 months ago I saw alot of people who were in no shape to REFINANCE. Now I see the lending institutions making it easier for the the Smart Invester who is not in financial trouble to make his portfolio look better. It is a GOOD TIME to refinance that 30 year mortgage and get a 15 year mortgage. You might be able to keep your payments at or below what you had with your 30 year mortgage. But before you do anything ask GOD to give you wisdom with all your decisions and life will get clearer.
